With RTX Platform's growing list of traffic channels, you may need to make edits to multiple channels at once. Follow the directions below to find out how.

NOTE: New advertisers have restricted access to channel traffic. After your third deposit, you may schedule a call with an Account Manager to unlock additional traffic channels and learn how to effectively scale your campaigns.

Editing multiple channels within a single campaign

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account, then click the Pops tab in the navigation bar.

  2. From the left sidebar, click the campaign where you want to enable one or more traffic channels, then click the Channel Optimization tab.

  3. Check the box next to each channel you want to edit. NOTE: To select all channels on the page, check the top-most checkbox in the table header. To select all channels across all pages, check the top-most checkbox in the table, then click the link above the table to select all rows on all pages. Channel 50 cannot be edited because it is your source of traffic from the RTX Platform userbase.

  4. Above the channels table, click pause or enable

Editing multiple channels across multiple campaigns

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account, then click the Pops tab in the navigation bar.

  2. Click the Campaigns tab to navigate to your All Campaigns dashboard.

  3. Check the box next to each campaign you want to update. NOTE: When selecting multiple campaigns one at a time, they must be on the same page. Use the dropdown below the Campaigns table to display up to 500 rows per page. To select all campaigns on the page, check the top-most checkbox in the table header. To select all campaigns across all pages, check the top-most checkbox in the table, then click the link above the table to select all rows on all pages.

  4. From the Edit dropdown, select Bulk Update Channel Settings.

  5. Select Enabled or Paused in the Status dropdown of each channel you want to update. If you don't want to update a channel's status, leave the selection set to No Change.

  6. Click the Bulk Update Channel Settings button to apply your changes to the campaigns you selected.

NOTE: You may encounter a delay when bulk updating a large number of campaigns at once. Your new channel settings will still apply even if you navigate away from the page or close the tab while the updated settings are processing.
