Navigating Your Dashboards

As you navigate through RTX Platform's Pops interface, you'll encounter different pages containing important data and alerts. We call these dashboard pages.

On these dashboard pages, you can use tools to filter data for insights, then make changes to manage campaigns and optimize performance.

Top Level Overview and Dashboard Pages

When you're looking for insights across all campaigns, top level dashboards are your go-to resources:

NOTE: Dashboard data is displayed in the time zone you've set in your Account Profile. To see data in a custom time zone, use Reporting.

Campaign Level Dashboards

Each campaign has a Targets Dashboard and Creatives Dashboard. After clicking a campaign, select the appropriate tab to navigate to either campaign level dashboard.

Filtering and Customizing Dashboard Data

Dig into your data with customizable settings and filters that bring deeper insights to the surface.

Custom Filters

Apply custom filters to your dashboard data that isolate and overlay metrics for easy-to-spot insights. Use the Filters dropdown menu above your dashboard data to create and save new filters, edit and copy existing filters, and apply saved filters to your data.

Status Filters

Toggle your dashboard tables to filter campaigns by status (enabled, paused, or archived).

Date Range Selector

Choose the time frame for your data using the calendar at the top right corner of every page. Set the start date in the calendar on the left, and the end date in the calendar on the right. The date range you select won't reset as you navigate to different pages, making it easier to compare data from the same period of time.

Data Charts

Performance charts on dashboard pages are hidden by default until you display them. To view the performance chart on a dashboard page, click the chart icon. Your chart display settings will apply until you change them back.

Search Functionality

Use the search box on any dashboard page to quickly find a campaign, creative, or target. Just enter the full or partial name, then click the link you need from the search results.

Target Management and Bidding Tools

Advanced, user-friendly, tools make it easy to manage your targets, while placing competitive bids that don't break the bank.

Bid Recommendations

Suggested Bids help you bid competitively enough for optimal volume

NOTE: Custom bids for targets will be calculated based on your Conversion Boost℠: Quality Tiers℠ sliders. With this feature, our machine-learning algorithm intelligently categorizes your traffic into three Quality Tiers based on your conversion likelihood. Customize your bids for each tier depending on the traffic you want.

Granular Editing

Make edits to individual line items without leaving the page. Inline editing functionality on each dashboard table lets you customize an item's name, status, bid, and more. Just click the field to render it editable, then enter the updated value and save your changes. To enable, disable, or archive a line item, select the new status from the dropdown to the left of the item's name.

Bulk Editing and Duplicating

Check off line items on your dashboard pages to edit them all at once. Once you've made your selections, use the Edit dropdown above your data table to update statuses or bids, duplicate entire campaigns, or copy creatives and targets to other campaigns, individually or in bulk.

Importing and Exporting

Whether you want to dig deeper for insights or make bulk edits, you have the option to download certain data and import CSV files.

Exporting Data

Downloading dashboard data is as easy as clicking the "Export" button above your data table. Any filters you have set when you export your data will also apply to the CSV.
