Pops campaigns allow you to target websites as broadly or narrowly as you'd like. When a user lands on a page matching one of your targets, your creative typically will pop in a new browser tab. There are three different types of Pops targets that uniquely match the pages that serve your ad.

With Platform & Device Targets, you can refine your reach by targeting or excluding traffic from specific device types, mobile device models, browsers, operating systems, connection types, and mobile carriers. You can also blacklist specific types of traffic.

With Conversion Boost℠: Quality Tiers℠, our machine-learning algorithm intelligently categorizes your traffic into three Quality Tiers based on your conversion likelihood. Customize your bids for each tier depending on the traffic you want.

TIP: Use the Suggested Base Bid to receive optimal volume on new campaigns.

NOTE: View the Potential Daily Reach indicator in your Campaign Settings to view an estimated range of maximum impressions your campaign is eligible to receive per day based on your Geographic Targets, Platform & Device Targets, Default Base CPV, and Conversion Boost℠: Quality Tiers℠ sliders.

Pops are CPV (cost-per-view), so you pay for each "view", or impression on your page. Because Pops traffic comes from several different channels, you can pause any channels that are not performing well for a particular offer. You can also customize your Delivery Speed settings to pace your budget and ad delivery evenly throughout the day, or serve your ads as quickly as possible.
