Update Pops bids to the Suggested Bid to ensure you're bidding for optimal volume

Apply the Suggested Bid to targets, individually or in bulk.

There are several ways to update your Pops bids to the Suggested Bid:

  • Update one or more bids within a single Pops campaign

  • Update all bids within a single Pops campaign

  • Update all bids across multiple Pops campaigns

Apply Suggested Bids to one or more targets within a single campaign

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account.

  2. Click Pops at the top of the page to navigate to the Overview page.

  3. Navigate to your campaign's Targets dashboard by clicking the campaign from Pops Campaigns dashboard.

  4. Check the box next to each target with a bid below the Suggested Bid that you want to update.

    ​NOTE: When selecting multiple targets one at a time, they must be on the same page. Use the dropdown below the Targets table to display up to 500 rows per page. To select all targets on the page, check the top-most checkbox in the table header. To select all targets across all pages, check the top-most checkbox in the table, then click the link above the table to select all rows on all pages.

  5. From the Edit dropdown, select Inc. to Suggested Bid.

  6. In the notification above the Targets table, confirm the number of bids you're increasing by clicking the Increase to Suggested Bid button.

Apply Suggested Bids to one target within a single campaign

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account.

  2. Click Pops at the top of the page to navigate to the Overview page.

  3. Navigate to your campaign's Targets dashboard by clicking the campaign from Pops Campaigns dashboard.

  4. Click on the bid amount you want to update to render it editable, click Increase to Suggested Bid, then click the checkmark to apply the change.

Increase all bids within a Pops campaign to Suggested Bid

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account.

  2. Click Pops at the top of the page to navigate to the Overview page.

  3. Navigate to your campaign's Targets dashboard by clicking the campaign from the Campaigns dashboard.

  4. Click the "Inc. All to Suggested Bid" button above the Targets table.

  5. In the notification above the Targets table, confirm that you're increasing all targets below Suggested Bid by clicking the "Increase to Suggested Bid" button.

Increase all bids across multiple Pops campaigns to Suggested Bid

  1. Log into your RTX Platform account.

  2. Click Pops at the top of the page to navigate to the Overview page.

  3. Click "Campaigns" below the navigation bar to navigate to your All Campaigns dashboard.

  4. Check the box next to each campaign where you want to update all bids below Suggested's Bid. NOTE: When selecting multiple campaigns one at a time, they must be on the same page. Use the dropdown below the Campaigns table to display up to 500 rows per page. To select all campaigns on the page, check the top-most checkbox in the table header. To select all campaigns across all pages, check the top-most checkbox in the table, then click the link above the table to select all rows on all pages.

  5. From the "Edit" dropdown, select "Bulk Update Bids to Suggested Bid".

  6. In the notification above the Campaigns table, confirm that you're increasing all targets below Suggested Bid for the selected campaigns by clicking the "Bulk Increase to Suggested Bid" button.

NOTE: If a bid is higher or the same amount as the Suggested Bid, a Suggested Bid will not be shown.
