Find the ID number for a Push campaign, ad group, or creative

Distinguish campaigns, ad groups, and creatives by their unique ID.

Each campaign, ad group, and creative has its own unique ID. You can use these IDs to identify campaigns, ad groups, and creatives in RTX Platform reporting, or append tracking macros to track them outside RTX Platform.

Follow the steps below to locate the IDs in RTX Platform.

Campaign ID

  1. Log into RTX Platform and click Push.

  2. From the "Campaigns" tab, click on the campaign whose ID you want to view.

  3. View your campaign's ID to the left of the data table on the "Ad Groups" or "Creatives" tabs. NOTE: A campaign's ID is also located in the URL if you are on any tab within a campaign. For example, app.rtxplatform.com/push/campaigns/21/adgroups/. Additionally, you can find the Campaign ID by clicking the "More Information" button, or "i", at the top-right of any tab within a campaign.

Ad Group ID

  1. Log into RTX Platform and click Push.

  2. Navigate to a particular ad group either by clicking the campaign's name from the "Campaigns" tab, then clicking the ad group's name OR by clicking Ad Groups and then clicking the name of the ad group.

  3. View your ad group's ID to the left of the data table on the "Creatives" tab. NOTE: An ad group's ID is also located in the URL if you are on any tab within an ad group. For example, app.rtxplatform.com/push/adgroups/32/creatives/ Additionally, you can find the Ad Group ID by clicking the "More Information" button, or "i", at the top-right of any tab within an ad group.

Creative ID

  1. Log into RTX Platform and click Push.

  2. Navigate to a particular creative. There are a few ways you can do this. The first way is by clicking the campaign's name from the "Campaigns" tab, then clicking the ad group's name, and then clicking the creative's name. You can also click the "Ad Groups" tab, then click on the name of the ad group, and then click the name of the creative. Finally, you can click on the "Creatives" tab and then on the name of the creative.

  3. You can find the Creative ID by clicking the "More Information" button, or "i", at the top-right of the "Channels" or "Settings" tab within a creative. NOTE: A creative's ID is also located in the URL if you are in the "Channels" or "Settings" tab within a creative. For example, app.rtxplatform.com/push/creatives/17966/channels/
