View Push performance data as you navigate RTX Platform to guide your optimization.

As you navigate through RTX Platform's Push interfaces, you'll find dashboard pages at each level with performance charts and data. Each dashboard page contains some combination of the data listed below. Refer to this list to understand the data shown in each dashboard table column. Under each column header name listed below, you will see on which page(s) the metric appears.

Dashboard table column headers

Status: The current statuses (active, paused, or archived) of the items listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups | Creatives | Channels | Publishers | Sites | Apps (Push only)

Campaign Name: The names of your campaigns.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups | Creatives

Ad Group Name: The names of your ad groups.

  • Ad Groups | Creatives

Creative Name: The names of your creatives.

  • Creatives

Domain: The names of the sites you can target.

  • Sites

Application (Push only): The names of the apps you can target.

  • Apps

Bundle ID (Push only): The unique identifier for each app.

  • Apps

NOTE: Bundles IDs are used to differentiate apps that may have the same name.

Channel: The groups of traffic you can target, identified by unique alphanumeric hashes.

  • Channels

Publisher: The subsets of channel traffic you can target, identified by unique alphanumeric hashes.

  • Publishers

TIP: After you begin collecting data, you can customize which channels and publishers your campaigns receive traffic from. Learn more here.

Approval: The approval status (pending, approved, or rejected) of your ad.

NOTE: If your ad is rejected, you will receive an email detailing why. You can view our Push compliance guidelines here.

Preview: The main image of your ad.

  • Creatives

Today’s Spend: The spend for the current day for the campaigns or ad groups listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups

Daily Budget: The set daily budget (if applicable) for the campaigns or ad groups listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups

Total Spend: The total spend of each campaign or ad group listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups

Total Budget: The set total budget (if applicable) for the campaigns or ad groups listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups

Default Bid: The amount that was input as the default amount (or amount you want to pay per 1,000 impressions) on each ad group’s settings page.

TIP: To ensure your bids are competitive enough to get traffic, you should apply the suggested default bid when creating each ad group. Bids can be customized later for specific channels, sites, and apps.

Impr.: The number of impressions (or number of times your ad appeared on a page) in the time frame selected for the items listed.

Avg. CPM: The amount you paid per 1,000 impressions, on average, in the time frame selected for the items listed.

Clicks: The number of clicks that occured on each item listed in the time frame selected.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups | Creatives | Channels | Publishers | Sites | Apps

CTR: The ratio of number of clicks on your ad(s) to the number of impressions, or Clicks / Impr., for each item listed in the time frame selected. Click-through rate is shown as a percentage.

Avg. CPC: How much each click on your ad cost, on average, for each item listed in the time frame selected.

*Conv: The number of conversions that occurred in the time frame selected for the items listed.

  • Campaigns | Ad Groups | Creatives | Channels | Publishers | Sites | Apps

*Conv. Rate: The ratio of conversions that occurred to the number of impressions, or Conv / Impr. Conversion rate is shown as a percentage.

*Conv. Value: The amount you've earned from your conversions for each item listed in the time frame selected.

Spend: The amount you’ve spent on each item listed in the time frame selected.

*Profit: The amount you’ve earned for each item listed in the time frame selected.

*CPA: CPA, or Cost Per Action, is the amount you're paying on average for a conversion, or Spend / Conv

*EPC: EPC, or Earnings Per Click, allows you to see how much you're earning on average per click, or Conv. Value / Clicks

*TIP: Place an RTX Platform conversion pixel to view conversions, conversion rate, conversion value, profit, CPA, and EPC for each item right in RTX Platform and optimize with ease! Learn more about conversion tracking here.

NOTE: If you are using a third-party tracking platform, you can view additional data by passing back our tracking macros.

TIP: In RTX Platform, you can sort columns by clicking on the column name. Clicking a second time will sort the column in the opposite order.

Customizing the time frame for the data you’re viewing

Customize the time frame for your data using the date range selector. At the top right corner of the page, select the current date range you are viewing to open a dropdown. From the dropdown, you can select any of the options or select Custom Range to customize the time frame you would like to view data for.

NOTE: Data tables and charts are based on your account's time zone setting which you can customize in your Profile.

When you select a new time frame, the data in your table will automatically regenerate.

Downloading and exporting your data

You can view your data right in RTX Platform, or download and export your data as a CSV by clicking DOWNLOAD CSV.

Viewing data charts in RTX Platform

On the Campaigns, Ad Groups, and Creatives tabs, you can also view a data chart which shows information for spend, *profit, *conversions, CTR, *conversion rate, and clicks. The y-axis shows spend and the x-axis shows the time frame selected. The time frame that you have selected for the page will be the date range used for the data chart.

You can hover over any data point in the graph to show granular details.

You can toggle the chart to show or hide it.
