If your account is funded but has not run any campaigns in the last 90 days, RTX Platform will deduct an inactivity fee from your account balance. If your account continues to be inactive after this deduction, additional fees will be deducted every 30 days.

To avoid inactivity fees, make sure you have at least one campaign that has received traffic within the last 90 days.

Inactivity fees can be refunded as promo credit, which is non-refundable. If you've had deductions from your account balance due to inactivity and would like the funds refunded to your promo balance, please contact support@rtxplatform.com.
