Find answers to common questions from our customers.

One of many things that set RTX Platform apart from other advertising platforms is our best-in-class Account Managers, who consistently provide outstanding support to our ever-growing customer base. To help you get up to speed, we’re answering some of the most common inquiries we hear from new advertisers.

I’ve created my account. What do I do now?

After signing up with RTX Platform, you’ll need to verify your email. As a security measure, new signups from certain countries must also upload your government-issued photo ID, which we’ll review during normal business hours before approving your account. While you’re waiting, you can add a payment source and start creating your first campaign!

How long will it take for submissions to be approved?

Our team reviews photo IDs for new accounts in certain countries, first-time payments, and new or updated creatives during regular business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday – Friday, except holidays). All submissions are reviewed in the order they are submitted. If we have to reject your photo ID, payment, or creative, you’ll get an email detailing the issue so you can resolve it and resubmit.

NOTE: Creatives will only be reviewed for approval after you add funds. Once you add funds, any pending creatives will be reviewed by our compliance team for approval during normal business hours. You can only receive traffic after your creatives are approved.

How do I find my Account Manager?

Your Account Manager’s contact information is listed in your profile, which you’ll find in the drop-down menu at the top-right hand corner of any RTX Platform page. If you haven’t been assigned an Account Manager, just contact support@rtxplatform.com, and an Account Manager will get back to you shortly. Where do I submit a support ticket?

Click the blue message icon at the bottom-right corner of any page in our support center to send a message to our support team, or email support@rtxplatform.com.

I can’t log into my account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here. If you’re still having trouble logging in, please contact support@rtxplatform.com, and we’ll look into what’s going on.

How do I find my Customer ID?

Every RTX Platform account has a unique ID, which is displayed under your name at the top-right hand corner of every page.

How do I create my first campaign?

Once your account is verified and funded, RTX Platform will take you through each step in the campaign creation process. First, choose CPV or CPC as your campaign type and pricing model, then customize campaign settings like budgets, geo-targets, and more. Next, add one or more creatives that point to your landing page and append tracking macros to your creative URL if you are using a third-party tracker. Finally, add keywords or targets related to your offer to determine where your ads will be shown on the web.
