Auto-Deposits are the ideal way to keep your account automatically funded so you don't miss out on valuable traffic due to lack of funds.

How Auto-Deposits work

When you enable Auto-Deposits, RTX Platform will automatically charge your designated payment method the amount you specify when your balance gets low.

Auto-Deposit eligibility

Auto-Deposits can be made via credit card.

The advantages of Auto-Deposits

Safeguard your campaigns

When your balance runs out, your campaigns stop receiving traffic. Without traffic, you can't profit. Auto-Deposits prevent your balance from reaching zero so your campaigns will continue to run as scheduled.

Save time the smart way

Automate payments so you don't have to do it manually. Our sophisticated machine learning analyzes your spend and factors in processing delays to determine the best time to top up your balance before it depletes.

Customize for your budget

Choose how much you want to automatically deposit via credit card when your balance gets low.

Auto-Deposit eligibility

Auto-Deposits can be made via credit card. If you see the credit card option in "Settings" --> "Autobilling Settings", that means you're eligible to use those payment methods and may opt into Auto-Deposits.

Opting into Auto-Deposits

Opt into Auto-Deposits when making a deposit

1. Log into RTX Platform and click the dropdown menu at the upper righthand corner of the page by your name and Customer ID #, then select Funding & Payments, which will bring you to the Make a Deposit page.

2. Select the credit card option, then choose the saved payment method you'd like to use to fund your account, or add a new saved payment method. This payment method will be assigned as your Primary Auto-Deposit Method, which you can change any time on the Saved Payment Methods page.

3. Choose the amount you'd like to deposit, or select Other Amount to enter a custom amount. This will be the amount you deposit now, as well as the amount automatically deposited when your balance gets low. You may change this amount any time on the Saved Payment Methods page.

4. Select the option to enroll in Auto-Deposits and check the box to authorize your payment, then click Submit Payment. If you're using a payment method that you've just added, clicking the button will submit your deposit, save your payment method, and turn on Auto-Deposits. If you're funding with a payment method you already have saved on RTX Platform, clicking the button will simply submit your deposit and turn on Auto-Deposits.

NOTE: If this is your first credit card Auto-Deposit, your deposit will be placed into our approval queue for our compliance team to process during business hours. All Auto-Deposits after this will bypass the approval process and be applied to your balance immediately.

Opt into Auto-Deposits from the "Autobilling Settings" tab inside of "Settings"

1. Log into RTX Platform and click the dropdown menu at the top - "Settings" --> "Autobilling Settings". Once there, you will see the below widget.

2. Click "Update" next to "Subscription" and enter in credit card payment information.

3. Set up your minimum balance that you'd like to top off your account at as well as the amount you'd like to fund.

NOTE: If your account balance is low, Auto-Deposits will submit a payment immediately. Otherwise, it will wait until your balance is low enough to submit an Auto-Deposit.

NOTE: If you wish to make any changes to auto-billing, either by changing the minimum balance, the amount, or disabling, you can do that in Set Up Params.
