Learn how to get your account set up and ready to run advertising campaigns.

After signing up for a new RTX Platform account, you're taken through a step-by-step onboarding tutorial.

Read on to learn more about each step in the onboarding process.

1. Enter Personal Info

After finishing the first step of onboarding, which includes entering your personal and login information, and agreeing to our terms and privacy policy, you’ll receive an email to verify your email address.

NOTE: To keep RTX Platform secure, we require new signups from certain countries to also upload a copy of your government issued photo ID (like a passport or driver's license) that our team will review during business hours. You'll get an email after we review your ID to let you know if you're good to go, and you can also check in on the status from your account if you've completed the onboarding tutorial.

2. Verify Your Email

After clicking the link in the verification email you received to verify your email address, you'll be prompted to sign in to RTX Platform to complete the remaining onboarding steps.

3. Fund Your Account

Now, it's time to add a payment method and fund your account. You can fund with ACH, Bitcoin, credit card, or wire.

NOTE: If you would rather fund your account later, you can click “CONTINUE TO CAMPAIGN CREATION AND FUND LATER” in order to be brought to the next step onboarding step.

4. Create Your Campaign

Get a head start building a Pops or Push campaign that will be eligible for traffic once your account, payment, and creatives are approved. After you create your first campaign, you can start creating more.

That's it! ...Now what?

Once your account is approved and funded, you're ready to start receiving traffic! If you've created any campaigns, our team will review your creatives for compliance after you add funds. After your creatives are approved, your campaigns will begin running according to their settings.

NOTE: Creatives will only be reviewed for approval after you add funds. Once you add funds, any pending creatives will be reviewed by our compliance team for approval during normal business hours. You can only receive traffic after your creatives are approved.
