Ensure your account stays funded by marking saved payment methods as eligible for Auto-Deposits.
You can add backup credit cards to fund your account if your Primary Auto-Deposit Method fails for any reason like an expired card or a bank issue. To keep your traffic flowing in the event of a transaction failure, it's a good idea to mark multiple payment methods as eligible for Auto-Deposits.
NOTE: You must enable Auto-Deposits before you can mark any of your saved payment methods as eligible for Auto-Deposits.
Follow these steps to mark saved payment methods as eligible for Auto-Deposits:
Log into RTX Platform and click the dropdown menu at the upper righthand corner of the page by your name and Customer ID #, then select Funding & Payments.
Select the Saved Payment Methods tab.
Check the box next to “Eligible for Auto-Deposits” for each payment method you would like to make eligible.
That’s it! The changes will automatically be saved.
NOTE: You can change your Primary Auto-Deposit Method after you mark a payment method as eligible for Auto-Deposits. Simply select “Make Primary Auto-Deposit Method” after you mark that payment method as eligible for Auto-Deposits. The change will automatically be saved.
