The Saved Payment Methods page conveniently allows you to save payment methods in order to quickly fund at a later time or to use Auto-Deposits. Credit cards can be added as saved payment methods.

NOTE: Funding with a credit card is restricted to certain countries. If the option to add a credit card or make a payment via credit card is not available for your country, you may fund your account via Bitcoin or wire.

To get to the Saved Payments Method page, click Funding & Payments from the dropdown under your name and Customer ID # in the upper righthand of your RTX Platform account, and then select Saved Payment Methods.

Adding payment methods and depositing from the Saved Payment Methods page

If you already have some payment methods saved, you can easily deposit funds from this page by selecting Make a Deposit next to the payment method you would like to use and then completing the transaction.

If you don't have any payment methods saved yet, or if you want to add a new payment method, simply select Add Payment Method and complete the steps to add a new credit card.

NOTE: You can also delete a payment method by clicking on the trash can icon next to the payment method you want to remove. If you have Auto-Deposits enabled and want to delete your Primary Auto-Deposit Method, you'll have to first make another saved payment method your Primary Auto-Deposit Method, or turn Auto-Deposits off, in order to delete it.

Enabling Auto-Deposits from the Saved Payment Methods page

You can easily enroll in Auto-Deposits from the Saved Payment Methods page. Under Auto-Deposit Preferences, simply check the button to enroll, choose the amount you want your payment method to be charged when your balance gets low, check the box to agree to the terms, and click Save Auto-Deposits.

After enabling Auto-Deposits, please take a moment to look over the settings applied to your saved payment methods. By default, the first saved payment method on the page will become your Primary Auto-Deposit Method, and all other saved payment methods will be marked as eligible for Auto-Deposits in case your Primary Auto-Deposit Method fails.

TIP: When you're enrolled in Auto-Deposits, you'll earn a 1.5% promo bonus on the first Auto-Deposit of every month and won't be charged credit card fees on Auto-Deposit payments as long as you're enrolled.

Editing your Auto-Deposit settings on the Saved Payment Methods page

If you have Auto-Deposits enabled, you’ll notice that your Primary Auto-Deposit Method is shown at the top of the page. Below that, you’ll see the rest of your saved payment methods, if you have any. We recommend that you add other saved payment methods and make them eligible for Auto-Deposits by selecting the Eligible for Auto-Deposits box next to each payment method. In the event your Primary Auto-Deposit Method fails, we’ll try to fund your account with other saved payment methods that are marked eligible for Auto-Deposits, in the order they appear.

TIP: You can make any saved payment method that has "Eligible for Auto-Deposits" checked your Primary Auto-Deposit Method by selecting "Make Primary Auto-Deposit Method".

On the Saved Payment Methods page (under Auto-Deposit Preferences), you can also change the amount you want your payment method to be charged when your balance gets low, or turn off Auto-Deposits.
