You can fund your account with a credit card under Funding and Payments. Simply follow the steps below.

1. Log into RTX Platform and click the dropdown menu at the upper righthand corner of the page by your name and Customer ID #, then select Funding & Payments. You'll be brought to the Make a Deposit page.

2. Click Credit Card and either select a saved credit card that you would like to fund with (if you have any) or click Add Credit Card and fill in the new card's information. If you don't have any saved credit cards, you'll see blank Credit Card Information fields where you must enter in your credit card's information. The billing address section will populate the address saved to your account. If you need to input a different address, simply click here in "To input a different address, click or tap here." After you've selected the card you want to fund with, select Continue.

TIP: On most cards, the CVV is a three digit number printed on the back of the card. If there are more then three digits printed on the back of your card, please use the last three digits as your CVV. American Express cards have four digit CVVs printed on the front of the card.

NOTE: If there is a problem adding your card and you have entered all information correctly, you may need to call your bank or credit card company.

3. Next, select the button next to the amount you want to deposit.

TIP: If you're not enrolled in Auto-Deposits, you have the option to opt into them on this page. When you're enrolled in Auto-Deposits, you'll earn a 1.5% promo bonus on the first Auto-Deposit of every month and won't be charged credit card fees on Auto-Deposit payments as long as you're enrolled.

4. It's time to submit your payment by clicking Submit Payment! If this is the first time you're depositing using this credit card, clicking this button will save your payment method and submit your deposit. If you're funding with a credit card you currently have saved on RTX Platform, clicking this button will simply submit your deposit. You'll need to check the box to agree to our terms before you can complete the transaction.

NOTE: Funding with a credit card is restricted to certain countries. If the option to add a credit card or make a payment via credit card is not available for your country, you may fund your account via Bitcoin or wire.

NOTE: Creatives will only be reviewed for approval after you add funds. Once you add funds, any pending creatives will be reviewed by our compliance team for approval during normal business hours. You can only receive traffic after your creatives are approved.
