Pull your payment statements directly from RTX Platform.
You can generate a payment statement for any date range, or download your statement as a PDF. Your downloaded statement will contain the following information:
Date each payment was received
Payment type (i.e. ACH which will include the bank account name and last four digits of the bank account number, credit card which will include the card type and last four digits of the card number, Bitpay, wire transfer, fees)
Amount of each transaction
RTX Platform's address
Your address
Statement ID number
Date statement was generated
TIP: To see other funding actions, like promo bucks credited to your account, please refer to your Transaction History.
To generate or download a statement, follow the steps below:
Log into RTX Platform and click the dropdown menu at the upper righthand corner of the page by your name and Customer ID #, then select Funding & Payments.
Click Payment Statements.
Use the date range selector to choose the start and end date for your statement.
Click the "Generate Payment Statement" button to see your statement, or click "Download PDF" to download your statement.
NOTE: If your address is incorrect, please update the information in your Profile and run your report again
