You can close your account and receive a refund of your remaining, unspent balance at any time. Just send us an email at support@rtxplatform.com with your reason for leaving, and please let us know if there's anything we could have done differently to meet your needs. We'll process your refund and disable your account during normal business hours. Please note that your initial $500 deposit is non-refundable.

NOTE: An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund.
