Edit Account in the New RTX Platform | RTX Platform Help Center

The Edit Account section is located under Settings. It contains the details about the advertiser’s account (advertiser’s name, email, password, etc) and also allows changing them.

The following fields are available:

Field	Description
First And Last Name	The first and the last name of the Advertiser.
E-mail	The e-mail address of the Advertiser. The e-mail can be used: – to reset a password – as an account login – for a login recovery – for all notifications
Company	The company name of the Advertiser.
Account Login	The username of the Advertiser.
Phone number	The phone number of the Advertiser.
Country	The country of the Advertiser’s address.
Current Account Password	The current password of the advertiser.
New Account Password	It allows changing the existing password to a new one.
Stats password	The automatically generated Stats Password that can be used to fetch stats via .CSV format. The advertisers can use this URL template to fetch stats on the platform: http://(your_network_domain)/advertiser/svc?action=outcsv&channel=AdvertiserReports&dim=date&f.date=2020-03-01_2020-03-31&appType=XML&login=(login)&password=(stats_password) Please note that if the advertiser logs into the account using stats password or if stats password is the same as account password, then the advertiser will not be able to make changes to the account (there will be read-only mode).

Note

Once you change the login and the password, make sure to use the new login and the new password when logging in to the user interface.

The advertiser can choose to use the standard or the compact design theme:

In compact design theme items and spaces between them are smaller so that more items fit on the screen.
