Learn how to get your account set up and ready to run advertising campaigns.
After signing up for a new RTX Platform account, you're taken through a step-by-step onboarding tutorial. You can skip the tutorial to complete each step at your own pace, or you can go through the tutorial right on the page. If you leave the page or log out any time during the tutorial, you'll pick up where you left off next time you log in.
Read on to learn more about each step in the onboarding process.
1. Verify your email
After agreeing to our terms of service and entering your contact information, you'll receive an email to verify your email address. Click the link in the email to verify your email address, then you'll be prompted to complete the remaining onboarding steps.
2. Verify your ID (only applicable to certain countries)
To keep RTX Platform secure, we require new signups from certain countries to upload a copy of your government issued photo ID (like a passport or driver's license) that our team will review during business hours. You'll get an email after we review your ID to let you know if you're good to go, and you can also check in on the status from your account if you've completed the onboarding tutorial.
NOTE: If you plan to add a credit card, the name on your ID must match the cardholder's name.
3. Add a payment type
We won't charge you until your account is approved and you've signed off on a payment. In the mean time, you're welcome to add a source of payment. You can fund your account with a credit or debit card, an ACH or wire transfer, or Bitcoin.
4. Make a payment
You'll need to fund your account with one of the above options. The minimum initial deposit amount is $500.
You can keep tabs on your payment status in your Transaction History, and we'll also send you an email to let you know when it's been processed or if there were any problems with the transaction.

5. Create a campaign
Get a head start building a campaign that will be eligible for traffic once your account and payment are approved. After you create your first campaign, you can start creating more.
That's it! ...Now what?
Once your account is approved and funded, you're ready to start receiving traffic! If you've created any campaigns, our team will review their creatives for compliance. After your creatives are approved, your campaigns will begin running according to their settings.
NOTE: Creatives will only be reviewed for approval after you add funds. Once you add funds, any pending creatives will be reviewed by our compliance team for approval during normal business hours. You can only receive traffic after your creatives are approved.
