TIP: Although you can target any combination of countries, states, and cities in a single campaign, we recommend targeting groups of similar geo targets in separate campaigns in order to target, customize bids, and optimize more granularly.
You can target cities, states, and countries around the world with any type of campaign. To search and select the locations you'd like to target, choose the Custom Geographic Targets option from your Campaign Settings page.
To browse available geo-targets, you'll need to create (or start creating) a campaign. Follow the steps below to edit your campaign's geo-target settings.
- Click the campaign you'd like to edit, then click the Campaign Settings tab. You can find campaigns on the Campaigns tab.
- In your Campaign Settings, scroll down to the area labeled Geographic Targets.
- Browse or search for locations to target, and click the "+" next to the location(s) you want to target.
- Click Save Campaign at the bottom of the page to apply your geo-target settings.
TIP: Use the Potential Daily Reach indicator in your Campaign Settings to view an estimated range of maximum impressions your campaign is eligible to receive per day based on your Geographic Targets, Platform & Device Targets, Default Base CPV, and Conversion Boost℠: Quality Tiers℠ sliders.
