When you manually add keywords or targets to a campaign and they don't show up after the page reloads, a few things could be happening. Feel free to email us at support@rtxplatform.com with the campaign name and list of keywords/targets if you'd like us to look into it, along with any error messages you see. Or, refer to the common issues below to troubleshoot on your own.

Are the keywords/targets already in your campaign?
If you've added the same keywords or targets to your campaign before, they could be archived and hidden from view. Check the dropdown status filter above your data on your Keywords or Targets dashboard to make sure it's set to view "All Keywords" or "All Targets", then sort keywords/targets by name or status if necessary. Look through your archived and paused keywords/targets and see if you spot any that you're trying to add. If you find them, update their statuses to "enabled". You can do this in bulk by checking the boxes next to the keywords/targets you're updating, then selecting "Enable" from the "Edit" dropdown menu above your data table.

Are you trying to add domain targets that should be keyword targets on Pops?
On Pops, domain targets can only be subdomains or root domains. Anything else must be added as a keyword target. If you try to add a domain target that is not a subdomain or root domain, it will not be added to your campaign.

Do any of your InText keywords contain commas?
On InText, you can specify statuses and bids for each keyword you add by separating the values with commas. If any of your keywords contain commas, the system will look for a bid or status value and your keyword(s) may not be added. Removing any commas should resolve this issue.
