Creative Types Explained in New RTX Platform

A creative is an ad that users see on web pages and apps. The creatives form a fundamental part of a successful campaign.

The creatives can be added when creating a new campaign on the tab and to a previously created campaign.

Already existing creatives can be found under the section Campaigns Creatives.

The following columns are displayed:

Actions

The actions column has 5 buttons:

Edit – allows editing the creative.

Preview – allows viewing the preview of the creative.

Test conversions – allows making a conversion test. It’s only available for creatives that have {conversion} macros in the Destination URL.

Copy – allows cloning the creative.

Delete – allows deleting the creative.

ID

The ID of the creative.

Enabled

The button for enabling or disabling the creative.

Status

The status of the creative.

The approval status of the ad can be one of the following:

– Pending
– Approved
– Declined

Creative Type

The type of creative:


– Push
– Popunder

Campaign

The campaign of the creative.

Campaign Type

The campaign type:

– Push
– Popunder

Title

The title of the creative.

Size

The size of the creative.

Destination URL

The destination URL of the creative.

Ad Domain

The ad domain of the creative.

How to create a new creative:

  1. You can create a new creative when creating a new campaign. For example, a Text Ad can be created for the CPC campaign:

  1. On the Creatives grid, click on the New Creative button:

In both cases, a new window will open where the advertiser shall fill in the required fields to create a new ad.
